We are delighted to be able to offer you a well-organised and safe environment for your child after school.
All bookings are to be made in advance via the Arbor app system. To book for Breakfast and After School Club, booking needs to be made by 2pm previous day. In case of an emergency, please ring the office if after 2pm.
We do accept childcare vouchers.
A penalty charge is applied to children picked up after 4:30 of £3.50 for the cost of the next session. The penalty for late picked up from 6pm is £1 per minute per child.

Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club is based in the Hall and is available for all children from Reception to Year 6. The Club leader is Mrs Kendall, supported by Miss Kendall and Miss Burr.
At Breakfast Club the children are offered breakfast cereal, toast, fresh fruit and a drink, and are free to participate, under the supervision of the staff, in a range of free play and structured activities. Younger children are then escorted into their classroom.
The following charges will apply:
7:30am---until start of school £3.50
Breakfast is not served after 8.15am although children are still welcome to come into the Breakfast Club after this time.

Breakfast Club
Please note that after Breakfast Club, Reception children are escorted by a member of staff to their classes.
Rules
The Rules of the Breakfast Club are in place to ensure safety, consideration for others and care of the premises and equipment.
Behaviour
Breakfast Club staff encourage good behaviour through praise and appreciation of children’s achievements. There will be high expectations with regard to behaviour. If a child is continually disruptive, she/he may be asked to leave the Breakfast Club for a ‘cooling off’ period.
Complaints
Please discuss any difficulties or issues with your Breakfast Club leader. Should you feel that your complaint has not been adequately dealt with or is of a particularly serious or sensitive nature then you should contact the Head Teacher.
After School Club
After School Club opens as school finishes at 3:20pm and closes at 6pm. You may book your child in until 4:30pm or 6pm. They may be collected at any time within the booked sessions.
We offer a relaxed environment where children are able to choose what they want to do from a range of experiences and activities. We are fortunate to be able to access the school’s outdoor spaces including: the field, playground and forest school area.
We have regular access to the ‘The Nest’ (where the children eat), ICT suite and school hall .
The following charges will apply:
3:20pm---4:30pm £6
3:20pm---6pm £9.50 (Including a snack)
Everyday there will be a selection of raw vegetables (Cucumber sticks/ Carrot sticks/Cherry tomatoes) and fresh fruit (Apples, Bananas, Oranges and Melon). Milk and water are available for drinks.
Please note that we always have a selection of soup, eggs, baked beans, bread, jacket potatoes and cheese available so if children do not want the selection above there are other options for them.
First Aid
There is always at least one first-aid trained member of staff on duty.
In the event of an injury or illness, the situation will be assessed by a first aider and dealt with accordingly. If deemed necessary, parents will be called to collect their child. If a head injury of any kind is reported, a ‘bumped head’ note will be sent home with the child. If the supervising adult deems the injury or illness to be serious, emergency services will be called and parents informed.
Child protection
All staff have completed basic child protection training.
Food Hygiene
All staff have a food hygiene certificate.

At After School Club, we have high expectations of behaviour. Children should adhere to the same rules and standards as during the school day.
