Welcome to our Year 4 Classes
Our year together will be full of exciting learning including intriguing texts in English, learning new mathematical concepts with a focus on times tables readiness for the Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) in June. Our learning will take us on a journey through the Stone Age, Iron Age and Roman Age in History and insightful discoveries into how the body works in Science.
Year 4 will enable you to further develop your knowledge and skills, building on from Year 3 as part of our spiral curriculum.
Exciting additions to Year 4 will be the opportunity to learn to play the guitar during our music lessons and venturing into Forest School!

Our timetable can be downloaded below. Here, parents and pupils have the opportunity to view the class schedule to see the day-to-day routine including the range of curriculum that is covered. We have found that children with SEND have responded well to visually seeing the structure of the day ahead.
